The cause is Candida albicans, a yeast-like fungi that resides in your body quite naturally because it is normally kept under control by your body's advantageous bacteria. When this fails though, the fungi can multiply and 'overgrow'. It is this that causes your yeast infection.Maintain a good cleanliness routine and proper clothing to keep the area affected clean and to allow for proper respiring.
