Infrared Saunas
Infrared radiation is an electromagnetic radiation. Its wavelength is shorter than radio waves however longer than visible light. The radiation that is electromagnetic by nature heats the body's skin but does not heat the air surrounding the body. These saunas are primarily rooms that may be moved from place to put and they house many infrared heaters. The infrared heaters emit an energy that's as powerful as solar energy, with the exception of the ultraviolet rays that are threatening.
