What are your hobbies and interests?

I love to cook; I find that it's a great way to unwind, and I can do all of the "prep work" while I'm preparing dinner for my son, he likes to help, also I like to get outdoors and walk at our local beach, Alki..it has a nice paved path for walking and biking, and prior to gas prices shooting thru the roof, I loved to get-out and take litle road trips; theres' so many beautiful places to see in the Pacific Northwest. i'm also a huge movie/pop-culture buff, and as such, I watch alot of movies..usually moreso in the Fall/Winter...big fan of getting-out w/my girlfriends for dinner, trying new places, baseball games, taking my son all about town...the zoo, aquarium, local festivals, or just throwing rocks down at the beach...and then theres that bi-weekly trip to Target, oh yeah, you what I'm talikin' about, right?!

About Me:

For work, I'm a hair stylist, which works great for being a single mom, as my schedule is pretty flexible...before becoming a stylist, and WAY before my little boy came around I fancied myself quite the artist/bohemian...sang in a couple bands, did some theater, travelled, bartender, waitress, casting assistant, production assistant, mortgage loan processor, paralegal, assistant to a (real-live) private investigator, and torpedoman in the USN...grew-up in Washington state, but have lived as far away as Scotland and San Diego, CA. My roots are here in Seattle, but would love to live in London and NYC at some point, most likely after my son graduates from H.S...p.s. hes' 3, so I'm here for a little while longer:)
