Update
So, what do I say about myself?
I’m 30 with a 6-year-old son living with my parents, which I found out that I am not the only single parent raising their children with the help of extended family. It’s good to have support within my own family and from my friends. I also belong to a Mother’s Group since Ethan was born and I just joined a single parent online group. I do have a MySpace page, but I use that only to connect with people I have not seen in years. I’d like to say that I have all this time to stay connect either online or in person, but my days are filled with going to work and coming home to see my son. I do get a chance to go to the gym or my latest endeavor is to ride my bike to work again this summer. I’m a fair weather rider, but I ride the most miles from work to home out of the bike community at CMD; stand for Creative Media Development located in downtown Portland. CMD is a basically an Ad Agency and I have worked there for 3 years in the Promotion Marketing Division. However, my degree is in Social Sciences with a concentration in Political Science. Funny thing is I am not very political these days. It’s been about 4 years since I graduated from Marylhurst University. I also graduated from St. Mary’s Academy, which is an affiliate of Marylhurst University. So, I’ve got the chops or at least a good background.
As you can tell, I’m a little witty leaning towards sarcastic. I like music, concerts, movies, art, and cuisine – mostly eating not cooking. Hopefully, one day I can take cooking classes. The only classes I’m taking are the ones I take Ethan; he will be taking swim lessons this summer. I also teach and/or assist in Sunday school lessons at Ascension Church during academic calendar. I have been going to church since I was adopted into the McCrann family. I was born in South Korea and adopted through Holt agency at the age of 4. Actually, 3 years 10 months. But who’s counting. I have not been back to South Korea, but would like to one day. I have always wanted to travel, but I have not been anywhere outside of the Northwest (Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, and Colorado). Traveling was the biggest motivation to study Politics in the first place. I wanted to pursue international politics and do public relations. But than Ethan came along and now he is my pride and my joy. I cannot image my life without him.
Here are some fun tidbits

Schools I’ve attended: Mill Park Elementary, Floyd Light Middle School, St. Mary’s Academy, and Marylhurst – also took classes at PSU and PCC/MHCC
Favorite Movie: Harry Potter since it’s on all the time. Next would be Lord of the Rings trilogy. Here are two I really like even though I rarely watch them: What Dreams May Come and Whole Wide World.
Favorite TV show: I hardly have time to watch T.V. and when I do I try to catch up on the latest music or my guilty pleasure: America’s Next Top Model.
Favorite Food: All food: Seafood especially. Seeking another sushi junkie.
Favorite Color: Black but that is the sum of all colors so the next best thing is white. Oh wait that is the absence of color. Does gray count? Pink. That is my final answer.
What station is my car radio currently on? 94.7
What is the last CD played? Death Cab for Cutie and Keane
What is last book I’ve read? Dr. Seuss
What is the last movie I’ve watched? Charlie and Chocolate Factory with Johnny Depp; it was on T.V. Latest movie at the Theater was Horton Hears A Who. Obviously I only watch kids movies at the Theater because I always go with my son; at least lately
What is the last restaurant I ate at? Bob’s Red Mill
What is the last place I went? Work. I’m hopefully going to OMSI this Sunday after church, but that may change with the mood
Well, that is all I can think of at the moment. I have to thank all the endless chain emails I have received for many of these questions. I would probably not have thought of them on my own. Feel free to provide me with your answers to these questions.
Hope you had a nice read.
