Are you a mac person or use iTunes? iTunes saves your music as mp4 files. The music uploader here only recognizes mp3 files. You can change it in iTunes but then you will have 2 copies of the song. That's OK. There are directions of how to do this online. I can't remember myself. It's not hard. Hope this helps....

So the secret is that you have to convert the WMA (window media) file to mp3. Obvious to most, but not I. I got a free version of "Switch" from NCH Software, which was very easy to use.
